Wells G-Series griddles are electric built-in/drop-in griddles. input kw: 12. 208V_1PH. Wells G-Series Electric Counter Top Griddles provide individual-zone temperature control. The Wells G-Series griddles provide operator-controlled temperatures from 200°F to 450°F. The griddles have a stainless steel top and control panel and removable splash guards. The griddles feature enclosed tubular elements clamped onto the bottom of the griddle plate for even heat distribution over the entire surface. Wells G196 has a grid surface width of 34.25 in (870 mm). Wells G196 has a grid surface depth of 18.3 in (465 mm).
