Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603DD-3TR_LP, is a floor appliance built for indoor commercial kitchens and is best compared with other 60-inch ranges with open burners, griddle, and oven bases. It has four 33,000 BTU star burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, and two standard oven bases rated at 45,000 BTU each, for a total of 286,000 BTUs; the oven cavities take full-size pans and each includes one rack, so this is a high-output, heavy-duty line for volume cooking, griddling, baking, and roasting. It runs on propane, measures 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, and includes stainless front/sides, cast iron removable grates, standing pilots for the top burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, a factory regulator, and a front manual gas shut-off.
