Imperial® Pro Series IR-2-G24T-EW-XB is a 36" wide commercial freestanding electric range with a storage base/open cabinet, set up as a specialty wafer-plate range with a 24" thermostatic griddle section. It runs on 240V, 3-phase, 13.5 kW / 40 amps and needs a dedicated circuit, so it fits a fixed indoor commercial line more than a light-duty or portable setup. Key trade points are the two sealed wafer elements with 650°F max temperature, infinite heat controls, a 3.25" stainless landing ledge, and the griddle thermostat that holds temperature through peak periods, making it suited to busy kitchens that need a compact all-in-one surface for varied menu production.
