Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4602AC-2TR_LP, is a commercial propane unit with a cabinet base and convection oven base, sized for floor installation at 60.75" W x 43.6" D x 59.5" H. It combines six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners on continuous wavy grates with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle on the right, plus a 32,000 BTU convection oven with 175°F–550°F thermostat, three racks, and 115V single-phase power for the oven system. With 242,000 total BTUs, stainless front and sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional center-opening cabinet doors, it fits high-volume line cooking that needs both open-top and griddle work with built-in oven capacity.
