Tilting Oyster Cooker. OB-3-2-40-E-SB. The Southbend Steam OB-3-2-40-E-SB consists of three oyster cookers. Each kettle in the OB-SB cooker 36 kW configuration has a listed US-quart capacity of 3 x 2. input kw: 36. The electrically heated steam boiler is rated for 3 phase. The unit is standard with automatic boiler blowdown and CSD-1 boiler controls. Oyster cookers shall be constructed of type 316 stainless steel inner and outer shell with a #4 finish, one piece welded construction. The oyster cookers are mounted on a cabinet base with full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, spillage sink complete with drain and drain screen, boiler mountings, electric boiler with controls, hinged doors with magnetic catches, removable side panels with 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs. The OB-SB cooker’s electrical connection method is field wiring. The OB-SB cooker drain is piped to an open floor drain. width in: 40.
