Southbend Ultimate Series model 4602DD-4GR_NG is a 60" freestanding gas range with a standard oven base, built as a full-size floor unit for commercial kitchens. It combines two 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy grates, a 48" manual griddle on the right, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens, for a 224,000 BTU natural gas setup that fits high-volume range-and-griddle cooking plus oven production. The unit is 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, requires professional installation and 10" side/back clearances, and includes stainless front/sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
