Each Blodgett 901 oven section is a complete unit. The Blodgett 901 oven uses gas as its fuel. one 12” high baking compartment. Each 901 cooking compartment is 22 in (559 mm) deep. The Blodgett 901 oven Fahrenheit dial has a highest temperature setting of 500°F. The Blodgett 901 oven has an aluminized steel baking deck. The oven has a full angle iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; counterbalanced doors with concealed hinges; and a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle.
