The “-RAD” model uses a cast-iron radiant to provide even heat. A “-RAD” model has one 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6 inches of broiler. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface. The smoke box is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler has a 12-gauge all-welded firebox. The broiler has 14-gauge stainless-steel all-welded body construction.
