SELV14. fuel type: electric. The SELV14 17 kW fryer has a 30 lb (14.7 liter) oil capacity. Each SELV14 or SELV14T fryer requires its own separate power supply. The SELV xxx electric fryer system uses an Intellifry computer. The standard features include easy lift-out immersion elements for easy cleanup; a FILTER SOON production monitor that tracks cooking activity per frypot and indicates when filtration is needed; a 35 lb JIB holder and low JIB indicator; a stainless steel tank; a stainless steel cabinet front, door, and sides; a 1-1/4 in (3.2 cm) full-port drain valve; mercury-free heating contactors; and 9 in (22.9 cm) adjustable legs for leveling the fryer. The SELV14(X) fryer configurations are shown with an overall width of 46 7/8 in (119.1 cm) for the three-fryer assembly.
