The Southbend electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is model ECX-2S-6-10. one 6-gallon and one 10-gallon kettle … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The ECX-2S-6-10 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. The ECX-2S-6-10 steamer holds 6 pans per compartment at 1-inch pan depth. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Steamer controls are accessible through a fully removable side panel. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration. Each cooking compartment includes a mechanical timer. Standard features include a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic blowdown, and flanged feet. At 42 kW and 3 phase, the equipment draws 116.6 amps per line at 208 V.
