The ECTRS-16S is an electric counter tilting round skillet. The ECTRS-16S has a capacity of 16 Gallon [60 Liter]. The ECTRS-16S is offered for operation on 1 phase at 240 VAC. The ECTRS-16S cooking surface is fitted with electric heating elements rated at 7.5 kW. The cooking surface is a 3/8” (9.5 mm) thick stainless steel plate, fitted with clamped-on electric heating elements for even heat transfer over the entire cooking surface. The ECTRS-16S is constructed of one piece coved corner, 10 gauge stainless steel with a #4 exterior finish and a polished interior with etched gallon markings. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, pilot light, thermostat, safety thermostat and high temperature cut-off. A tilt interlock shall prevent inadvertent tilting of the pan.
